Green Chile Cheese Ball

Were you recently invited to a party or potluck and need to figure out what to take? You could go down to Walmart and get a veggie tray but we all know that 90% of it will be left untouched. Instead why not try these Green Chile Cheese Balls? They are simple to make, should be prepared the night before, and only take about 30-45 mintues to make. They are guaranteed to be a hit. Everytime I make them people ask for the recipe. As a result I've decided to post it for everyone to enjoy.

When making this I highly recommend using freshly roasted or frozen green chile. If you can't find fresh green chile you can defintely use canned green chile, but fresh green chile makes this recipe in my mind.
